Pico are banning People for no reason~

I contacted them and the following inquiry was submitted:

Thanks for your response. I just cannot believe that they used cheat tools to increase their tokens and gummies? They are rich and famous, and trusted friends of ours. We know them for along time. Just in case you've gone through some kind of wrong information, please check again. It might be that, Someone hacked their account, or they were a victim of cyber hacking. Maybe the 'unknown' person used cheat tools in their accounts to ban them as you know, they are quite known. I understand its totally against your policy to use cheat tools, and we don't want to use them either. We want to live a safe and ethical pico life as well. The etoile diary also created a group called 'SAC' which is 'STOP AMEBA CHEAT' or so, to stop these things. But, more appearently, A Y A , Ayame Etoile and White! E were banned along with out friends? is that possible that they create a group to stop and they use them in the same time? Check again, I'll be waiting for response thank you.
